Why is the current consumption so high?

When i make the MCU(MC9S12G128) go into full stop mode with the API interrupt enabled,why the current consumption so high: about 7.5 mA ?  The datasheet of G128 in page 1195 said API enabled(with interrupt is disable) just take 24 uA.

My codes is as follows:

is there something wrong? if i disable the function   // API_timer_start();  in  Enter_FSTP_Mode(), the current of all is only about 18 uA.
