Hi,

 you can use eMIOS module to detect and measure period or duty cycle of the PWM signal.

eMIOS SAIC or IPW/IPWM mode can be used for that purpose. See tables 35-2 and 35-3 of the RM to know which eMIOS channels support such modes. Finally IO signal description table (embedded as excel file in RM attachment) tells you which GPIOs the eMIOS channel can be assigned to.
