Whether the ADC sampling voltage is too high will breakdown the chip

         The chip we use is MC912ZVL128 of s12z,If the sampling voltage of the ADC pin reaches 11v instantaneously (the duration is about 50us), will it affect the 5v output of the chip,Short-circuiting the 5v output circuit inside the chip.

Hi,

you must use the MCU within specifications. Such usage has cumulative effect. The solution is correctly designed filter at the ATD input.
