Where I can get the software utility that automatically generate the optimum msCAN acceptance filter values?

As per MSCANDriver manual such tool exists, but I cannot find it.

There was the AN2010 - Using The Freescale msCAN Filter Configuration Tool on our web in a past together with SW files. After a few days the SW was accessible only via distributors. You should contact them.

I do not understand I am not able also to find the AN on the web now. (It is attached in this message)
