I have attached Product training for the MM9Z1_638.
PCR_SR (lo) register is used for analyzing the last wake-up source.
To know more about the PCR_SR (lo) flags, please, look at the chapter WAKE-UP SOURCES page 84.
The wake-up flags which need to be cleared after wake-up can be seen there.
PCR_SR (hi) informing you about last reset source page 64. It is not needed to clear it because the reset value is 0. So, only one flag (which causes the reset) will be set.
