I would like to know that when the external crystal of S9S12G128F0MLF is 16MHz.
What is the accuracy of the frequency deviation of the crystal to meet the requirement of CAN communication?

The result for oscillator precision is in the cell results-> required oscillator tolerance [%]

Moreover, this require to be oscillator used as a CAN clock (not bus clock generated from PLL)
