whole can I keep the VDDC on while the MC9S12ZVMC is in the STOP MODE。 ,

Hi Steven,

The VDDC regulator switches from Full Performance Mode to Reduced Performance Mode when the MCU enters Stop Mode.

The regulator is specified in the reference manual:
