Timer and Schedulling in S12XEA128

I am using S12XEA100 microcontroller. I don't have any OS.

I have to implement Scheduler and Timer to run some tasks. I don't have any idea where to start and what are the required things to be noted.

And the timer I am using is TIM(Timer Module)

Can u please help me out in this
