S12ZVML-MINIBRD Board use of MOSFETs is the picture 2, while the S12ZVML-MINIBRD_UM.PDF is written in picture 1. The two MOSFETs is the same? And what the type of the MOSFET in Picture 2 , what company?

Hi,

well, yes there is a difference between transistor specified in the user manual and the one placed on the board, but generally, different is manufacturer.

From the operational point of view, both are very much the same: 30V N-Channel Power MOSFETs. And both are automotive qualified (AEC-Q101).

(usually this happens during manufacturing process of a PCB when some components are exhausted and then alternative part is used as a replacement.)

The manufacturer is for example Vishay:

The one from the picture 2 is product of Siliconix, a company which was acquired by Vishai in 1998.
