StoredReference of ADC calibration of ZVC

In Flash IFR Mapping(table 1-16 of MC9S12ZVCRMV1_Rev1.5), StoredReference of ADC calibration is from bit 15-5, But I had read 0x1F C040 my evk(Marking is P912ZVCA19A), it is 0x03dd and seems it is bit 11-0.  Please confirm if it is correct in RM.

Hi Xin,

You are right, it seems that there is an error in S12ZVC RM documentation (Rev1.5) and stored ADC reference is right aligned instead of documented left aligned.
