I am looking for soft error rate data for the MCU part MC9S12A128CFU.
This part is used one of our old design which has SIL2 certification. We are currently in a process to extend the certification and
for that we need to do certain things in order to comply with the latest IEC61508 standard. In the latest IEC 61508 standard (2010), there is a requirement to calculate the Soft-Error of the variable memories (RAM) used in the design. For calculating the same we need Soft-Error rate for the RAM (external and internal) components used in the design.
