S9S12ZVLA in QFN-32 Package

Hello,

I would like to use the S9S12ZVLA, which has the MSCAN feature. On page 43 of the MC912ZVL Family reference manual, there is a figure with device pinout that says QFN "MC9S12ZVLA Family device only".

Unfortunately I am not able to find this device in QFN-32 Package.

Does it exist? Is it going to be produced?

I apologize for asking again, but I'm trying to understand if there's absolutely no way to foresee a future version of this component in QFN (or HVQFN-32, in that case).

Therefore am asking you if the following component is going to be available or not:

S912ZVLA64F0VFM Product Information|NXP 

..since it seems to be under "Qualification" status.

Hello Matteo,

The expectation is to have qualification complete by Sep 17. So it will be available in Q4 this year.

I received information there should be a few samples (17) of P912ZVLA12F0MFM left which is also in 32-QFN package. You can order that.

Dear Daniel,

I've been looking around and asking to nxp distributors.. unfortunately I can't seem to find those parts. Sales representatives mostly say there's an error in the part numbers and reply with other versions (like the QFP-32 version) which I can't use.

What more can I do? Can you help me get some sample?
