S9KEAZ128 can't POR when supply voltage rises from 0.3V

Hi,

We used S9KEAZ128 to design production. Now, we find a phenomenon that when the supply voltage for S9KEAZ128 from 5.0V down to 0.3V, and then the voltage rise to 5.0V, but the MCU can't reboot normally.

Does S9KEAZ128 has dead voltage or other factors lead to fail boot ?

       Thanks very much.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

Is there a particular time that is maintained in 0.3V when the MCU cannot reboot?

Could you please share an screenshot from the oscilloscope to see the supply voltage timing?

Is this issue is reproducible in an EVK?

Hi Leo,

      Sorry for replying too late.

Below is the wave screenshot for 0.3v drop.

BTW, we haven't the EVK to reproduce this phenomenon.

      Thanks very much.
