Hi,

The concept of the HS drivers is shown in the RM, Section 18.5.1 FET Pre-Driver Details along with some calculations of I_out.

The current depends on the selected slew rate (GSRCHS[2:0]).

Table E-1 specifies the HG/LG turn on (turn off) time vs 10nF load at the fastest and slowest slew rate.

thank you for your answer ,IOUT ~ IREF (R1/R2) k,are the ratio of the transistor sizes of T1 and T2 k=450 and the ratio of the resistors R1/R2=36  fixed ?

IOUTmax = 80uA*36*450 = 1.296 A,eg. VLS = 11 V,Rg_on resistance value shoud more than 11/1.296 = 8.487 ?

The calculation is correct, but it is rather theoretical.

The Turn off / Turn on time at a specific load is specified:
