My customer want to know if there any chip process difference in S912ZVCA19F0WKH(150℃) and S912ZVCA19F0MKH(125℃). What’s process of this two chips, about 90nm? thanks a lot.

these devices are based on 180nm technology

you have just answered my question in support ticket not long ago.

My customer have solved their problem cause they use high frequency but S912ZVC only support <=32M.
