S12DG128 - simulate Flash and EEPROM failure

I need to implement a test program which simulate FLASH and/or EEPROM failures at startup and durring runtime.

Can somebody give a hint how to do this?

Is there an application note or a demo application which can give me an idea?

Hello,

Apart from actually damaging the device or changing the software to make it check a value that does not exist, I don't see any solution.
