Reading Eeprom contents

Is there anyway I can access the EEPROM contents after I secured the device?

Unsecuring the device erases the Flash & EEPROM.

I assume your software doesn't provide support for backdoor access. If so then are you using some bootloader? If you are then you could make and upload to the target some EEPROM reader that could dump EEPROM contents over SCI/CAN etc.
