Power consumption of a MM9Z1_638D1 at 125°C

Hi,

has anyone experience with the power consumption of a MM9Z1_638D1  at 125°C. The data sheet says typ. 35mA at 85°C but whats about 125°C.

Hello Boris,

There are no data measured on this limit temperature. But if you need define the current consumption limit for the application or for the local power supply I suggest you to add at least about 30 – 40% of the value for 85°C. It is my experience from my design praxis.
