Hi 翔 田,

Unfortunately, SofTec interface driver is not supported by 64bit OS.

Authors of this interface terminated cooperation with Freescale and henceforth they did not support this product.

There are possible solutions:

1.    Different BDM Interface. For example P&E Universal Multilink Interface: Universal Multilink Development Interface|NXP

2.    Different operational system. For example any 32bit windows.

3.    Install virtual PC, Windows XP Mode 32bit, Install CW, and drivers...

More details you can get from our application note AN3936 How to install and run Classic CodeWarrior products on 64-bit Windows 7 PC: http://www.nxp.com/files/soft_dev_tools/doc/app_note/AN3936.pdf

I would like to apologize for that problems, but it was not caused by our fault.

I hope it helps you.

Have a great day,
RadekS
