Please help to configure CW 10.6 to flash application to MC9S12ZVA192 using IC5000 emulator

I am using isystem's IC5000 for connecting micro controller suing CW 10.6. But, not sure about the configuration to be done. Please help

I wonder IC5000 can't support S12Z device but IC3000 can. see

NXP - Partner Profile Information 

Click on "device" you will see which devices are supported by the tool.

to work with IC3000, the recommend IDE is winIDEA.

If using CodeWarrior, the supported programming/debug prob is P&E tool or Open source BDM.

No, both IC3000 and IC5000 can't work with CodeWarrior. They work with winIDEA.
