When I use this chip, after entering the STOP mode, the current consumption is 2mA, and the unused IO ports have also entered the pull-up input mode. Is there any way to reduce power consumption?

Hi,

The device is CMOS technology device so in full stop mode there is no reason for an additional current. Except, if there are some „sources“/grounds connected via pins to ground/„sources“. In this case you have to think how to avoid this additional consumption ( for example; lighting diode either switched to gnd or Vdd, sensor, input of another device)
The question is also where you measure the consumption.
Is your mode full stop .... is everything switched off? (Pseudo stop mode)

Best regards,

Ladislav
