Following description from MC9S12ZVLRM.pdf "14.1 Introduction The BATS module provides the functionality to measure the voltage of the chip supply pin VSUP. 14.1.1 Features The VSUP pin can be routed via an internal divider to the internal Analog to Digital Converter. Independent of the routing to theAnalog to Digital Converter, it is possible to route this voltage to a comparator to generate a low or a high voltage interrupt to alert the MCU." Now,i using the moudle to measure the voltage of the pin VSUP.But its value has scaled down by an internal voltage divider. What is it propertion? I have not seen its related value.

Hi, Please read the data sheet:

Table F-1. Static Electrical Characteristics - Supply Voltage Sense - (BATS)

The divider ration is 9.

Also it could be 17 in the case the 3.3V operation is selected.

Best regards,

Ladislav
