你好: 请问MC9S12XEP100这款MCU,PDF文档上显示的供电电压范围在3.15V-5.5V,我用3.3V供电,系统的电压如果在3.1V左右,这个MCU会不会死机。我用的复位电路芯片只要低于3.08V,复位芯片就会起作用,使MCU复位,但是这个MCU电压供电范围只在3.15V到5.5V,所以万一电压只有在3.12或者3.13V左右还没到复位芯片工作电压,MCU就不工作了,会出现什么样的情况?谢谢

Hi,

VLVRXA is defined to be 3.02V typically. It minimum value is guaranteed to be 2.97V

Below the 3.02V (the voltage drops down) the MCU resets and will keep in the reset up to deassert level VLVRXD=3.13V.
