1L59W, 5L40K, 2L94R ,I once used five "5L40K" pieces, all bad, we developed the firmware program in the run process to stop. All change to the new "1L59W", all good, the problem solution. What are the differences between Mask set "5L40K" “2L94R” and "1L59W?

Hi,

It is not clear from your description which maskset is OK and which is not.

I think you still need to debug your code. Also you should compare erratas for given mask sets, all listed here:
