Is the same die in 9S12ZVC 48 pins and 64 pin?

Hi,

I am initializing unused pins on 9S12ZVC wih 48 pins package, does anyone know there are non-bonded pins of the die? Does it use the same die with 64 pins package?

Hi,

There is only one mask set of this device available in recent time. The mask set is 0N23N. Mask set defines die features and corresponding errata.

The answer is in this case is yes. They have the same die. In the future, if there is also another mask set available, then the die will be different with a new errata list.
