Hi

I’m not aware of any software solution directly for S12ZVL.

Touch-Sensing Software Suite supports HCS08, Kinetis and ColdFire.

But you can build hardware solution using sensors.

but I meaned that is it possible to implement Capacitive Touch without H/W Touch sensor?

that means S12ZVL standalone without H/W Touch sensor IC..?

Hi

You may refer to this Application note: Touch Sensing Using GPIO Method.

Although it is for Kinetis, the principles apply for S12Z as well.

You need only a pull-up, electrode and a timer.
