I need IBIS file of MC9S12H,but I can't find it on NXP website.

I am an electrical Engineering student.I need the IBIS model of MC9S12H for some simulations,but I found nowhere to download it after five-hours searching.So I'm asking for the IBIS model of MC9S12H MCU chip,or other HCS12 family ones.I would be very grateful.

Dear Micheal,

unfortunately we do not have IBIS model for S12H device family. as well as for other MCU families based on 0.25um technology. There is IBIS model for S12XE device family which is the top of the S12(X) line, but this MCU is based on 0.18um technology and so the document would not be much of help.
