How can i do Flash/RAM/EEPROM Data Integrity check for MC9S12Z

Hello,
We don’t have any application note on integrity check for MagniV.
There is only one for S12XE family, AN3419.
MagniV devices have ECC (Single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection) implemented on Flash, EEPPROM and RAM.
You can use Margin Check to verify written data.
