Freescale recommended design for MC9S12DJ64 - Interrupt

Hello,

Can anyone send me the freescale recommended design for interrupt for DJ64 controller. I have used an RC reset circuit. Should I use an external reset circuit or will the RC circuit be sufficient for the controller.

9S12DJ64 doesn't have built in low voltage reset circuit. Yes, you need external one, RC won't work.

Don't know what you mean by "design for interrupt".

because it doesn't have built in low voltage reset circuit. S12C and more recent families like S12X, S12Q.. do have built in low voltage reset circuits. These chips are protected from runaways and unexpected behaviour on power supply in brown out condition. For S12D you really need external low voltage reset chip.
