Changing MCU from S12VR48 to S12VRP48

Hello~

I am using S12VR48 MCU now.
I want to change the MCU to S12VRP48(RAM size 6K) due to insufficient 2Kbyte RAM capacity of S12VR48 MCU.

When changing MCU from S12VR48 to S12VRP48, is it possible to use Pin-to-Pin without changing circuit or software?
And, S12VRP series data sheet could not be found.
Where can I download it?

The Datasheet of S12VRP can be downloaded here:

Between the pinouts of S12VR48 and S12VRP48 are differences, please, refer to the section  "1.8.5 MC9S12VRP Pinout 48-pin LQFP"

However, for now, only the S12VRP64 is orderable. If you are interested in VRP48, you would have to request a quote.

But the only difference between S12VRP64 and S12VRP48 is in the flash size.
