Can S12ZVCA work in 3.3V ?

Hi,

I‘m using a S12ZVCA64, I want to disable internal voltage regulator(output 5V) and connect 3.3V supply to VDDX1, I have set CPMUVREGCTL = 0x06 which disable internal voltage regulator, but I measured the VDDX1 voltage is 4.3V, not 3.3V.

Anyone can help me? Thanks!!!

Hello @Robin_9411,

You would need to connect VSUP = VDDX = VDDA = VDDC to the 3.3V regulator.

This should be feasible, but it is not an official usecase, it has not been validated by NXP.

The official usecase is to use the internal regulator either with the internal or an external ballast transistor.
