I want to confirm whether S912ZVL12F0MLF is Automotive Qualified.

I see that there is "Automotive Qualified" in the introduction of S912ZVLA12F0MLF. Does the letter A stand for automotive?

Thank you.

Hello @Yudong,

All the S12ZVL series is Automotive Qualified.

The S12ZVLA parts have some additional analog features, such as DAC, PGA, ACMP and more 12bit ADC channels.

Please refer to the S12ZVL RM, rev.2.48, Table 1-2. MC9S12ZVL-Family Comparison.

Regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Okay, I see, I have seen the difference between them in the specification.
There is another question. Why does the part number appear to be missing in the PPAP file?
