Dear person in charge,

Hello,

Could I ask a question for just clarification?

This is the schematic circuit of GDU HSFET driver on S12ZVM.

Question 1:

After this driver turns off, "Driver off" Transistors(T3&T4) turn on to discharge the external FET.

Is my understand("Driver off" Tr action & the purpose of the Tr) correct?

Question 2:

Gate driving speed of "Driver off" is adjustable like a slew rate control?

Hello Ikki

To question (1). Yes, T3 and T4 turn on to switch off the external FET.

To question (2). No, the driver off is not adjustable like a slew rate control.

The driver on slew rate can be adjusted, the driver off is fixed and specified as tHGOFF in the electrical parameter section.
