Depends how secure it is.

If the backdoor keys are set, you may have to use a bdm.
Please S12FTS256KV3.pdf or the one for your processor.

What processor do you have?
mc9s12cdp512 ? Ic an't find that one. Do you mean mc9s12xdp512 ?
