Dear colleagues,
for a new design we consider S12ZVLA device which also has a DAC integrated (DAC_8B5V_V2).
As far as I understand the datasheet it is possible to use the integrated operational amplifier (AMP) "stand alone" when using the DAC internally as a reference for the comparator.
However, in the datasheet I can find almost no electrical specifications for the AMP peripherial.
I seems obvious that the AMP is single supplied and has output voltage swing up to the supply rails (this is because it has to buffer the full DAC range).
Does anybody know where to find the "more detailed" specifications?
E.g.: Input bias current, offset voltage, slew rate, input common mode range, input differential mode range, CMRR?
Any information would be appreciated.
