9S12DT128B - Can I use the pin as IOC7 and PTT7 at the same time?

I'm using 9s12DT128B, and i want to use the 18th pin as IOC7 and PTT7 at the same time? is it possible?

which of the following is possible?

1. use the pin as IOC7 at a time ,and as PTT7 at another time

2. use the pin as IOC7 and PTT7 at exactly the same time

IOC7 as an input capture pin or output compare?  or just the timer feature?

can you explain how/why you need to use both at the exact same time?
