The closest example we have it's the Weather Station one, it is already in the Rapid IoT studio IDE online for you to use, it uses the Amazon Web Services not IBM Watson.
There was a contest some months back, and there were some contestants that enabled IBM Watson, you can verify it is possible to enable it but we do not have that example
