My rapid iot prototyping kit is frozen on the white and blue leds lighting.

I tested all the resets but the blue and the white leds are still lighting. Even when the battery is unplugged and then plugged, the problem still goes on. Is someone ever had this problem?

I have the same situation. Tried everything but without result still frozen blue and white led.

Please any advise or can return to Digi Key?

Maybe it is not booting properly, we have some units with that issue. Could you please try the following procedure in this thread?
