Those boards are quite different, the software created by the Rapid IoT Studio Online is not compatible with the kit you want to use.
Nonetheless, please consider that the A1006 uses an I2C interface and you can create your own application with the functionality of the Rapid IoT kit using the commands of your project in your own implementation with those frames, but you will need to take into account that the host of the OM13589 has the same capabilities as the kit.
