By using the spread spectrum clock for system clock, the frequency is showing 66.50518Mhz. Here we would like to know shall we need to maintain frequency accuracy  (66.666MHz) or not.

In the processor's Hardware Specification it is written:

"The processor’s minimum and maximum SYSCLK, DDRCLK, core, and VCO frequencies
must not be exceeded regardless of the type of clock source. Therefore, systems in which
the processor is operated at its maximum rated e500 core/DDR memory frequency should
avoid violating the stated limits by using down-spreading only."

So there is no issue in the described case.
