QorIQ T1040, T1024 Data Sheet contains section “I/O DC power supply recommendation” where table provides the estimated I/O power numbers for each block: DDR, PCI Express, eLBC, eTSEC, SGMII, eSDHC, USB, eSPI, DUART, IIC, DIU, SATA and GPIO. Note that these numbers are based on design estimates only. I think comparing table’s power numbers for different lanes number and frequencies we can estimate power savings for the T1040/T1022/T1024 when disabling SERDES banks and PCIe controllers.
