In LX2160RM.pdf p.2484, there is a note saying "Because of changes in the programmers model, the UART is not backward compatible with the previous PrimeCell
UART."

Does it mean that it is only compatible with the latest version of PrimeCell UART (PL011) r1p5, and not compatible with the older version?
