ls2088a, ls2085a compatible?

Hello. I find out LS2085a schematic of Reference Design board.

However, I'd like to use LS2088a(not LS2085a).

Is LS2088a has compatible pin and package with LS2085a?

They are different.

I got LS2085A/LS2088A RDB design file from the same source.

The schematic shows product chip( PLS2085ASE7TTA) is LS2085A chip.

But the schematic is in LS2088A design file category.

So I asked the question whether they have compatible pin and package.

I know LS2085A and LS2088A has different core and they are different chip.

But I'm still not sure whether it's okay to use LS2088A chip on the linked schematic file's chip position.

LS2085 and LS2088 are pin compatible.

They can be used at board compatible design under some restrictions not relating to the heatsink (I suppose force imposing by the heatsink).
