When we do ifconfig <interface> down and up, the IPV6 stack sending following multicast pkts.

1) multicast  listener report message v2

2) Neighbor Solicitation

These are not seen on wire. but able to see Router solicitation messages on other end.

From stats file fsl,dpaa/fsl,dpaa:ethernet@2/net/eth0/mac_tx_stats, the following counters are incrementing not seen any tx drops or errors.

0x00819C8248: 0x00000016 tmca_l

0x00819C8278: 0x00000016 t127_l

We are using QorIQ-SDK-V2.x, linux 4.1.35, Please let us know how to fix this?
