Why is ls1021atwr BogoMIPS too small?

Hi, 

    I found ls1021atwr BogoMIPS too small, as follows.

Calibrating delay loop (skipped), value calculated using timer frequency.. 25.00 BogoMIPS (lpj=125000)

I use the real calibrate to get BogoMIPS as follows.

Calibrating delay loop... 24.96 BogoMIPS (lpj=12480)

So the BogoMIPS of ls1021atwr is about 25, Did I made any mistake? What is the real value of the BogoMIPS?
