What is the meaning of the value in GUTS_SRV (000E_00A4) register

I am using P1020 with SDK 1.9. When I read the register GUTS_SRV (000E_00A4) I get 0x80E40011. According to the P1020RM.pdf I should have a P1020 without security but when I enable the SEC driver (Talitos) I am able to use the encryption/decryption engine!!!

My questions are:

1- what is the meaning of this number 0x80E40011 (the value in GUTS_SRV register)?

2- How can I verify if the SEC is supported or not? in other word which registers show I read to verify if the SEC is supported.

1) The SVR=0x80E40011 corresponds to P1020 Rev.1.1 without Security Engine in 689 pins WB-TePBGA package.

2) Even if the SEC module is physically present on non-E parts, it is not tested during manufacturing and its proper operation is not guaranteed.
