What is driving the Time Base Register and at what rate in the T1040 E5500 core.  Using a T1040RDB and wanting to use the decrementer to generate a 100hz interrupt.  Can not find in the EREF_RM.pdf or the e5500RM.pdf what is driving the Time Base and at what rate.  Some of the older cores allow you to select the source in the HID0 register.  Those bits are not defined for the e5500 core.

The timebase clock is determined by SoC logic.  See the "Run Control and Power Management" chapter of the T1040 reference manual.
