VDD Core Voltage!

Hi,

I am working on T1042 processor, i wanted to know what will be the effect if the core voltage (VDD and VDDC) is accidentally turned off while voltages to the other blocks (e.g Ethernet, USB etc) are ON. Can it cause damage to the processor? Any kind of help regarding the question will be appreciated. Thank you!

The following requirement from the T1040 Family Design Checklist is violated in the described case:

"Ensure the power-up sequence is within 75ms."

Considering that it is impossible to guarantee that the processor was not damaged.
