Update DDR Value in T4160 U-boot

Hi All.

I am using t4160 board and Port the uboot to t4160. And I Go through linux SDK document in the below link

I am able to install SDK and build the u-boot. I want to update the DDR Value to T4160 System.

Actually, I don't which file I want to update the DDR and later I come to know DDR value read from SPD (Serial Presence Detect)
