Unidentified LS1020 personality (DCFG_CCSR_SVR)

We have LS1020 ICs  which have undocumented personality (DCFG_CCSR_SVR [VAR_PER]) in ls1021 reference manual rev3.

We get the following:

Can you tell us the nature of the unlisted personality (VAR_PER)?

LS1020A datasheet,  Table 1, note #5 bellow the table states the following: 

5. Pin must NOT be pulled down during power-on reset. This pin may be pulled up, driven high, or if there are any externally connected devices, left in tristate. If this pin is connected to a device that pulls down during reset, an external pull-up is required to drive this pin to a safe state during reset.
